AIM OF THE STUDY
üThe present study was
aim to determine the association of U. Urealyticum with male infertility.
OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY
üTo determine the
sperm motility, concentration, count, and morphology using WHO criteria.
üTo culture the semen
sample in Blood agar, and MacConkey agar.
üTo isolate U. Urealyticum in A7 agar medium
using Candle jar method.
üTo perform
Biochemical analysis for Urease test.
üTo determine the
antibiotic susceptibility of U. Urealyticum using Azithromycin, and doxycyclin.
