Ø Ureaplasma
urealyticum has grown well with
discrete fried egg colony morphology, after incubation at 37°C for 72 hrs in blood agar. Well
established fried egg colonies were observed in A7 agar incubated in CO2 incubator
(Candle Jar Method) for 48 hrs at 37°C.
